We are actively seeking individuals who aspire to be police officers. Are you ready to make a difference? Your role as a Police Officer will be crucial in shaping the future of Park City.

Successful candidates will receive top notch training at the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center and from the professional team of law enforcement officers for the city of Park City.

A non-certified officer will receive a Hiring Incentive of $3000 and the base starting pay will be a combination of the following factors:

·         $22.19 per hour

·         2% increase in starting pay for prior military experience

·         1% increase in starting pay for an Associate's Degree

·         1% increase in pay for a Bachelor's Degree

·         Bilingual Pay

·         Shift Differential Pay 

          Weekend Differential Pay 

          Instructor Pay

          Longevity Pay

To be considered for employment as a Park City Police Officer, an applicant must:

·         Be a U.S. citizen

·         Be at least 21 years of age

·         Have a valid Kansas driver’s license

           Have a high school diploma or equivalent

·         Complete a Personal History Statement

·         Be able to pass an extensive background investigation, polygraph, medical exam, and drug screen.

·         STEP ONE :        Finish and submit this application.
