What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling utility payments with accuracy and efficiency

• Greeting customers and answering phones with a smile

• Issuing licenses and permits to keep the city running smoothly

• Assisting the Finance Director with various projects

• Providing backup support to other administrative positions

• Keeping things organized while delivering top-notch customer service

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• Three years of similar or related experience (college or training may count for up to two years)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy (because numbers don’t lie!)

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro
