Minimum Starting Rate: $22.38/HR

Full time, non-exempt position responsible for coordination and implementation of the CDRR (Chronic Disease Risk Reduction) Program building community networks to focus on behavioral change related to physical activity and dietary education.  Position will direct communities, schools, business, and special interest groups to adopt healthy lifestyle policies, promote health and wellness activities and programs in the Harvey County Community.  Information Specialist duties include collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and disseminating data and information to inform local evidence-based strategies to address population-based health priorities.

Required Education and/or Experience:  Bachelor's degree from four-year college or University; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:  Master's degree or equivalent; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
