Under the direct supervision of the Director, this temporary, grant funded, 40 hrs/wk position, is responsible for assisting with COVID19 case investigations and contact tracing* and monitoring. Most work will involve telephone follow-up directly with cases, contacts to cases and database entry.
*Contact tracing is the process of identification of persons who may have come into contact with an infected person and subsequent collection of further information about those contacts.
Individual is responsible for direct data entry into database systems. Must handle confidential information with extreme discretion and demonstrate good communication skills.
